I am a Lake Frederick homeowner and I created this website as a resource for those interested in buying a home in Lake Frederick.

The Process

I’ll go over the home buying process with you, from A to Z, so that you are prepared and comfortable with what’s going on, every step of the way.

The Loan

I’ll recommend a few local top lenders that I know have the best rates and have proven that they can deliver on time. No last minute surprises here.

The Showings

I’ll coordinate showings for you so that you can see new homes quickly and efficiently. We’ll tour each home together and I’ll share with you my honest opinion.

The Offer

I’ll find out what the seller’s needs are so that you can make an attractive offer. I’ll help you negotiate the details and advise you on how to respond to counter-offers, if any.

The Contract

Once under contract, I’ll help you schedule inspections and make sure you don’t miss any deadlines. Then, I’ll advise you on, and negotiate inspection items, etc.

The Closing

Prior to closing, we’ll perform a walk-through together to ensure any repairs have been completed. Then, I’ll attend closing with you and celebrate!

New Construction

Having me as your buyer’s agent when buying new construction will benefit you in the short & long term.

The Builder Contract

I’ll help you negotiate with the builder to get you the best deal possible. I’ll fight for you to get the upgrades you want at a reasonable price. I will also help you evaluate whether it’s best to upgrade something now or after you move in.

The Right Upgrades

Not all upgrades will recoup their cost when you decide to sell. I will advise you on which upgrades are the most desirable and will retain their value over time. Buy smart today so you can sell well later.

Resale

I go the extra mile for you to make sure you’ll be happy with your purchase.
